- One liter of water
- 400 grams of white onion

Preparation:
Mix the water and the sugar and place the mixture on heat. Wait until it starts boiling.
Chop the ginger and the onions and add them to the water and sugar mixture.
When the mixture is well boiled, add the turmeric to it and lower the temperature the mixture boils to medium.
Put the mixture in a glass container after it has been cooked down to less than half of what is left in the pot. Store the container in the fridge, but only after it has cooled to room temperature.
Take two tablespoons of this lung cleansing drink both in the morning and in the evening, at least two hours after the meal. For an efficient lung detox you just need to consume this elixir on a daily basis for as long as needed.
